NEWS RELEASE: U.S.A. Sept. 16, 1999. Degrading, dishonest, political scandal; guns and murdered children and others at schools and church prayer meetings; suffering war; killer tornados, droughts, hurricanes and floods, in a disastrous near end summary of the events of the year 1999 in the U.S.A, a battered nation.
Currently in a thrashing of her eastern shores, Hurricane Floyd is taking lives and property and destroying botanical life in a season that predicts the possibility of more deep trouble. Today brings a horrendous over night report of another gun massacre at a church prayer meeting in Fort Worth, Texas.

In an almost daily barrage of terrible news to the world watchers, there is much of an eerie presence of horror, yet helpless apathy; protest, yet resolved acceptance within a nation of many people becoming dangerously inured in a dark, unprotected trance of culpable oppression. Where there is desired resistance, feelings of hopelessness and entrapment often prevail in a cognizance of the overwhelming strongholds of the evil powers that batter the troubled shores of our existence.

For we wrestle ..... against principalities,
against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world,
against spiritual wickedness in high places....

... they regard not the Work of The LORD,
neither consider the Operation of His Hands.

Blessed are they who do hunger and thirst after Righteousness,
for they shall be filled.

The LORD also shall be a Refuge for the oppressed, ...

... Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to The LORD.
Let us lift up our heart with our hands to GOD in the Heavens.
... a Refuge in times of trouble.

"INLAND"

Our outer form thrashed by the sea of the troubled world, so viciously
with waters of death; destruction's tool is for evil and oppression's rule.
Our shell could be a form, refined, by Waters of Life, Good Tiding's wind,
that is By Creation Divined, when we seek Refuge, safe within. Amen.

...The Kingdom of GOD Is within you.

lift up a standard for the people.

And He Showed me a pure River of Water of Life,
Proceeding out of the Throne of GOD ....

I AM the Way, the Truth, and the Life...
Come to Me, all you that labor and are heavy laden,
